Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable, comprehensive coverage. You will leverage an exclusive territory and cutting-edge technology to build a thriving agency while receiving dedicated support and a robust incentive program.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, market access, and proactive networking to grow your client base and income over the first several years.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in insurance and financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
