Farmers Insurance - District Office is seeking driven individuals to join our Retail Agency Program as Insurance Agents. This role lets you build your own client portfolio while delivering personalized insurance solutions and receiving comprehensive training and mentorship.

You will develop client relationships, offer auto, home, life, and business coverage, and grow into leadership as you establish a local office presence within the Farmers Insurance network.

Qualifications

• Active California Property & Casualty License (Required)

• Sales, customer service, or leadership experience preferred

As an Insurance Agent, you will have the opportunity to build and grow your own client portfolio while delivering personalized insurance solutions. This position offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and operational support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Provide tailored insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Business lines
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing policy support
• Work with district leadership to achieve sales and performance goals
• Manage day-to-day business operations, including marketing and client outreach
• Recruit, train, and oversee licensed support staff as your business grows

Compensation & Incentives

• Commission-based compensation structure
• Performance-based bonus opportunities during the initial 3 year program period
