Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you'll build and maintain client relationships, assess insurance needs, and provide comprehensive solutions that offer both protection and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement
  2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' unique circumstances and goals
  3. Design personalized insurance portfolios across life, health, disability, critical illness, and investment products
  4. Clearly explain complex insurance concepts in accessible terms to empower clients' decision-making
  5. Provide ongoing service to existing clients, conducting regular reviews to ensure coverage remains appropriate
  6. Stay current with industry trends, products, and regulatory changes
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards
Qualifications
  1. MUST LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES
  2. Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 45 days of hire)
  3. Be motivated to make your own schedule, work as much or as little as you like.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit
  6. Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  7. Professional demeanor and presentation
  8. Previous sales experience preferred but not required
