Job summary

All Collision Center in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Insurance Agent Relations & Collision Referral Marketing Manager to generate new collision repair business through relationships with insurance agents and other referral sources throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. This role emphasizes outside marketing over digital channels.

Responsibilities include visiting agencies, developing new relationships, tracking referrals, and ensuring timely service for referred customers.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has existing network of insurance agents in Greater LA area
• Proven ability to generate referrals and convert relationships into revenue
• Experience in insurance, collision repair, outside marketing or related industries

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents and professionals in Greater Los Angeles
• Generate collision repair referrals and opportunities for All Collision Center
• Regularly visit agencies and maintain communication with referral partners
• Develop new agent relationships and expand existing networks
• Create a steady pipeline of referrals through outside marketing
• Identify additional referral opportunities with dealerships, fleets, businesses
• Track referral sources, referred vehicles, opportunities and revenue
• Develop practical marketing strategies to increase collision sales
• Coordinate with management and shop team to service referred customers
• Represent All Collision Center professionally within insurance and automotive communities
