Crump, a division within AmeriLife, seeks a dynamic professional in Raleigh to drive sales growth and recruit agents, building a strong book of business. You will coordinate with sales resources, discuss complex concepts, and promote Crump resources to achieve quotas.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, and a proven track record in life insurance industry sales. This role emphasizes collaboration with operations and solution centers in a fast-paced

Mansioni

• Builds relationships with key producers to discuss complex sales concepts, marketing campaigns, and product information.
• Maintain and grow team sales goal in coordination with sales resources.
• Proactive calling to all assigned agents to build territory.
• Develop new business by recruiting new agents and growing existing agent groups to maximize revenue potential.
• Coordinate with sales team and producers to run complex illustrations and consult on solutions.
