Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to join our team in Colorado. This independent contractor role offers 1099 compensation with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package and earning incentives tied to performance.

You will build and manage your own agency, develop relationships with educators, and promote a comprehensive multiline product portfolio. Training and cutting-edge tools support your growth and success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses including Life and Health.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses if required in your region.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own exclusive agency.
