Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking exclusive agents to join our team in selling comprehensive insurance and financial services to educators. You will leverage our premier service support, cutting-edge tech, and a multiline product portfolio to grow your own agency.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in insurance/financial services, active Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses, and may pursue FINRA Series 6 & 63. This is a 1099-based, incentive-driven opportunity designed to reward performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
