• Strong Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support clients with professionalism.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Comfort with sales targets, pipeline management, and using CRM or agency management systems.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site with the team.
