Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using agency management systems, CRM tools, and online quoting platforms.
• Active Property and Casualty insurance license in Arizona (or ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe).
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related client‑facing role is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Gilbert, AZ, collaborate with team members, and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
