Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial plans. You will operate on a 1099 structure with a generous 48-month incentive package, quarterly bonuses, and dedicated support to grow your own agency.

Build relationships, leverage cutting-edge tools, and work within an exclusive territory. You’ll manage client needs across a multiline portfolio while receiving training and access to market-building programs designed to accelerate

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills are required.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry preferred.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
