Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance solutions and financial security. This independent contractor role offers a performance-based 1099 compensation plan with incentives and a comprehensive support package.

You will work in an exclusive territory, receive a dedicated service representative, cutting-edge technology, and access to a multiline product portfolio, with no external office required for 2 years.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance or financial services.
• Hold Life and Health Insurance License and Property & Casualty License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses if applicable.

What We’re Looking For:
