Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable coverage and financial security. You’ll have access to a comprehensive product portfolio, cutting-edge technology, and dedicated support to grow your independent agency.

This role offers performance-based 1099 compensation, incentives for the first 48 months, an exclusive territory, and no external office required for 2 years, with ongoing training to expand your network and client base.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• 2-5 years of experience in insurance and financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health License; Property and Casualty License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
