Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Agent, offering a 1099 compensation model with incentives and a dedicated Premier Service team. Build your agency targeting educators, leveraging a multiline product portfolio and cutting-edge technology to grow your network and client base.

You’ll identify opportunities, present solutions, and invest time in community events and market access to secure long-term success.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance or financial services preferred.
• Licensed in Life and Health or able to obtain licenses.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.

Mansioni

• Build and manage your own agency serving educators.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
