Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to build and own a niche agency serving educators in a defined territory. You will leverage cutting-edge technology and a full multiline product portfolio to meet client needs, while dedicated support handles service work.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, market access, and personal business growth. You will pursue licenses and certifications to expand offerings and drive commissions, with a performance-based incentive structure over the first

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
