Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Insurance Agent. You will build your independent agency leveraging an exclusive territory, cutting-edge technology, and a comprehensive multiline product portfolio. Expect performance-based compensation and incentives tied to your activity in the first years.

You will work with a dedicated service representative and benefit from market-building programs while establishing strong educator relationships—no external office required as you launch.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
