Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators reach affordable insurance solutions and financial security. This role focuses on building relationships, presenting products to groups and individuals, and leveraging Horace Mann’s multiline portfolio.

Responsibilities include strong networking, community engagement, and strategic territory development, with a 1099 compensation model and a long-term growth incentive plan.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

• Aim for market access and build strong relationships.
