Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial security. You will manage your own client network and build relationships while leveraging Horace Mann’s product portfolio and support resources.

The role emphasizes independent agency growth with 1099 compensation, performance incentives, and an exclusive territory designed to optimize opportunities. Remote work with ongoing training is offered.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance/financial services.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
