Horace Mann invites entrepreneurial professionals to join as an Exclusive Agent, owning a defined territory and leveraging our multiline product portfolio to serve educators with tailored insurance and financial solutions.

You will build client relationships, present products to groups and individuals, and actively engage in networking and community events to grow your business. The role offers performance-based compensation and strong support infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance and financial services.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life & Health, Property & Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:

• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
