Horace Mann - Agent Opportunities is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This role offers a performance-based 1099 compensation plan with an industry-leading incentive package and quarterly rewards over the first 48 months.

You will build and manage a defined exclusive territory, leverage cutting-edge technology, and access a multiline product portfolio. No external office is required for 2 years, enabling you to focus on client relationships and growth.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in insurance/financial services (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses required (Life & Health, P&C)
• Ability to obtain FINRA licenses (if applicable)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)

• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
