Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent in the United States to help educators secure affordable insurance solutions and financial security. You will present products to groups and individuals, build your agency, and leverage a dedicated Premier Service Representative to support client service while you grow your business.

Expect performance-based pay with a 48-month incentive package, earning incentives, quarterly rewards, and access to a comprehensive product portfolio and market-building

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance/financial services.
• Licensed Life and Health Insurance required; Property and Casualty preferred.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses if applicable.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
