Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to lead a privately owned agency within a defined territory across the educator market. You will focus on building relationships, presenting insurance and financial products, and growing a robust client base with the help of dedicated support.

The role offers performance-based 1099 compensation, quarterly incentives, an extended incentive package for the first 48 months, and access to advanced technology and a full multiline product portfolio to serve

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance and financial services.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
