Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance solutions and financial security. This 1099, commission-based role offers territory autonomy and performance incentives.

You will build relationships with educators and individuals, present products, and leverage our training and technology to grow your agency without the need for an external office for the first two years.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
