Horace Mann seeks an Exclusive Agent in the Fort Wayne, IN area to build and manage an independent agency focused on educators. You will market a multi-line portfolio and leverage Horace Mann’s technology and training to grow your client base.

Role emphasizes relationship development, market access, and presenting personalized insurance and financial solutions to groups and individuals, supported by quarterly incentives and expert service resources.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management capabilities.
• Experience in the insurance/financial services sector preferred (2–5 years).
• Licensure in Life/Health and Property & Casualty insurance required; FINRA licenses a plus.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:

• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
