Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Insurance Agent in the Fort Mill area. This role offers a 1099 compensation structure with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package and quarterly production incentives, plus a dedicated service representative to support client work.

You will operate in an exclusive territory, leverage cutting-edge technology and a multiline product portfolio, and focus on educating educators with affordable insurance solutions while building your network.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• Ability to network and establish relationships with educators and communities.
• Experience in insurance/financial services preferred (2–5 years).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
