Job summary

Empire Region - Aflac in Waco, Texas is looking for a dedicated Insurance Agent to help build strong client relationships and enhance careers in a purpose-driven environment. As an Insurance Agent, your responsibilities will include generating new business, educating employees on benefits packages, and providing ongoing support. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has strong communication skills, and is willing to obtain a Life/Health insurance license. Compensation is performance-based, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Life/Health insurance license (or willingness to quickly obtain) is required.
• Proven industry experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
• Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers.
• Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.
• Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support.
