You will receive a 1099 compensation structure with incentives and training, focusing on growing your agency through networking, referrals, and premier client service support.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses, Life and Health Insurance License, and Property and Casualty License are required or attainable.
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses may be required where applicable in your region.
