Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to help educators reach affordable insurance and financial security within a defined territory. You will operate as an agency owner with a niche market and a comprehensive product portfolio while leveraging cutting-edge technology and dedicated support.

The role offers performance-based compensation, quarterly incentives, and a structured 48-month incentive plan to reward sustained success. Growth and autonomy are key benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses required (Life and Health; P&C).
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses if applicable in your region.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
