Horace Mann Educators Corporation offers an Exclusive Agent opportunity to support educators in obtaining affordable insurance and financial solutions while you build your own agency network in the United States.

You will receive 1099 compensation with a robust 48-month incentive package, plus earning incentives, quarterly production rewards, dedicated service support, and access to a premier multimedia product portfolio to grow your operations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
