Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to empower educators with affordable coverage and financial security. This 1099, performance-based role offers an exclusive territory and no external office for 2 years.

You will receive earning incentives, a dedicated service representative, cutting-edge technology, and a comprehensive multiline product portfolio to grow your independent agency.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsabilités

• Build and manage your exclusive agency.
• Sell a multiline product portfolio to educators.
• Develop market access and build strong educator relationships.
• Represent Horace Mann in a professional, consultative manner.
