You will train in a sponsored program, earn licensing through a structured pathway, and rotate through onboarding, sales, and business development activities with robust support from Farmers professionals.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• Life & Health License preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales and customer-facing experience.
• Proven ability to meet goals and achieve results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain insurance coverages and solutions clearly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain your Property & Casualty Insurance License through the sponsored licensing program.
• Generate quotes and recommend insurance solutions.
