I am looking for someone I can train to become an Agency Owner within a year.

You will be required to learn our proven sales system and, as a manager, to help hire and train new agents. I am seeking a strong team leader who is willing to dedicate their heart and soul to their work.

This position offers an incredible commission structure.

We have a streamlined lead generation system, so there is no cold calling involved. The system puts you in front of qualified buyers who have a need for the product.

Basic Job Description :

• This is a remote (work from home) position.
• The role involves calling clients, setting appointments, discussing suitable mortgage protection plans, and filling out electronic applications.
• Full-time agents typically contact 12 to 15 families weekly.

Some agents start part-time and transition to full-time. Compensation includes 100% commissions, bonuses, passive income for mentors, team leaders, key leaders, and agency owners.
