Insurance Agent / Agency Owner

I am looking for someone I can train to become an Agency Owner within a year.

You will be required to learn our proven sales system and, as a manager, to help hire and train new agents. I am looking for a strong team leader who is willing to put his or her heart and soul into their work.

This position offers an incredible commission structure.

We have a streamlined lead generation system, so there is no cold calling involved.

The system connects you with qualified buyers who have a need for the product.

Basic Job Description:

  • This is a remote, work-from-home position.
  • I seek a sales associate to call clients, set appointments, discuss suitable mortgage protection plans, and complete electronic applications.
  • Full-time agents typically contact 12-15 families weekly.

Some agents start part-time and transition to full-time. This role offers 100% commissions, bonuses, passive income for mentors, team leaders, key leaders, and agency owners.
