The ideal candidate will possess an active insurance license and demonstrate strong knowledge of both commercial and personal lines insurance products. Formación

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Insurance Company to find their next Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent. This position is full-time, regular role located in Redding, CA.

Insurance Agent Compensation

• $23 - $28 depending on experience

Insurance Agent Qualifications

• Must have an active Property and Casualty Insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and personal lines insurance products and policies.
• Ability to communicate complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner to clients.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in using technology including insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Insurance Agent Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and policies, including coverage, deductibles, and limits for both commercial and personal lines.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in-person to provide quotes, explain coverage and answer questions.
• Effectively manage a book of business, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate client information in our database and ensure all paperwork and documentation is complete and up to date.
• Work collaboratively with our team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Stay current on industry regulations, trends and developments that affect our clients' insurance needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and underwriters.
• Other duties as assigned.
