Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Miami, FL. The Insurance Agent will meet with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs, explain coverage options, and recommend suitable products across auto, home, commercial, life, health, and annuity lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, preparing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining accurate client records and documentation. The role involves providing ongoing support, answering policy questions, assisting with changes and renewals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Insurance Agent will also stay informed about industry regulations, company offerings, and market trends to provide compliant, up-to-date guidance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively prospect, present, and close insurance solutions.
• Candidates should possess foundational Insurance knowledge across multiple product lines to accurately explain coverage and policy terms.
• Candidates should possess Finance skills to support basic financial analysis, premium comparisons, and policy recommendation decisions.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
• Active or eligible Florida insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health) preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts.
• Prior experience in insurance, sales, or financial services is beneficial; bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
