• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Inform customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain high retention and loyalty.
• Grow sales revenue using phone, email and client lists.
• Assess customer wants and needs over the phone.
• Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
