Job summary

A national insurance organization in Kentucky seeks an ambitious Entrepreneurial Agency Owner for a Director role. You will own and manage your own insurance agency, focusing on providing a wide range of insurance products to a loyal AAA membership base. The position offers unlimited earning potential with a 100% incentive-based compensation structure. Candidates should have relevant experience, as well as the necessary insurance licenses. Training and support will be provided for success.

Qualifications

• Must hold Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses or be eligible for them.
• Experience in insurance industry needed.
• Possess a level of capital for agency success.

Products You’ll Sell

• Life Insurance: You’ll sell Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities. Founded in 1969 and affiliated with AAA, AAA Life Insurance Company has an A‑rating (Excellent) making us 4th out of 16 by A.M. Best Company.
• AAA Membership: Programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. AAA Membership holders are a loyal customer base that enjoy access to trusted roadside assistance, and over 126,000 opportunities to save money in their everyday lives (dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events, and auto care).

Qualifications

You’ll bring industry‑relevant experience, a level of capital to ensure your agency experiences success, and a can‑do attitude. We require our Entrepreneurial Agency owners to hold and remain eligible for both a Life & Health and Property & Casualty license; however if you don’t have one or both we have great resources to point you to.
