Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales.
• Provide expert advice on insurance products tailored to clients' needs and financial goals.
• Conduct detailed needs analyses to recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Manage client accounts including policy renewals, claims assistance, and updates.
• Participate in ongoing training programs and team meetings to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with district leadership and team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
