InsuraMatch is recruiting an Insurance Advisor Trainee to learn and guide customers in choosing the right personal lines coverage across the country. You will complete a four-month paid training program, handle calls and emails, and connect customers with suitable products while building lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes a consultative approach, licensing within six months, and the ability to work in a fast-paced call-center setting with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is a plus.
• Prior call center and sales experience
• Personal Insurance product knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task within a high volume sales center environment and make appropriate business decisions quickly.
• Able to demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor.
• Adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive paid training program in a classroom setting.
• Provide guidance on insurance coverage and products to customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails in a call center environment.
• Build customer rapport and ensure exceptional experiences.
• Achieve quality, efficiency, underwriting and sales metrics.
• Obtain and maintain required licenses within six months of hire.
