Job summary

The Juris Agency in Pueblo West, Colorado is seeking a motivated Producer/Insurance Advisor to generate new business and grow client relationships across auto, home, life, and business policies.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will educate clients on options, meet sales targets, participate in local events, and stay current with Farmers Insurance products, with licensing assistance available for Colorado P&C and Life & Health.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, results-driven.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients.
• Must obtain Colorado Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (licensing assistance available).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and agency goals.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, policy changes, and Farmers Insurance products.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
