Job summary

Right Fit Advisors is seeking motivated, sales-driven individuals to join our growing insurance team. Whether you’re experienced or new to the industry, you can obtain your Florida license with paid training, 100% inbound leads, and no upfront cost to join.

This full-time, on-site position offers 40 hours per week, 1099 commission opportunities, and the chance to earn up to 40% based on performance while receiving license support from the company.

Qualifications

• Florida Insurance License preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to obtain a Florida insurance license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, motivated, and sales oriented.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in an on-site environment.
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week.
• Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound insurance leads and identify customer needs.
• Educate customers on available insurance options.
• Recommend coverage based on customer needs.
• Work with multiple insurance carriers.
• Follow up with prospects and guide them through the sales process.
