Diligence Insurance is expanding its team in Newport News, VA, offering paid training, a strong base pay with commissions, bonuses, and a large, captive customer base with 100% warm leads.

As an Insurance Advisor, you will help clients choose the right policies for cars, homes, and more, generate quotes, and present solutions. Maintain product knowledge across multi-carrier offerings and hit monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• P&C license is required.
• Self-starter who can work independently and with a team.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• High level of sales drive and initiative.
• Energetic personality with the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with insurance industry CRM's is a plus.
• Professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in making insurance decisions by matching needs with optimal products and services for cars, homes, lives, and retirement incomes.
• Generate quotes and make sales presentations.
• Remain current on products and processes in a multi-product, multi-carrier environment.
• Meet monthly sales and performance goals.
