Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is hiring an Insurance Administrator to manage commercial insurance, with a strong focus on OCIP and CCIP programs. The role covers enrollment through closeout and supports COIs, renewals, audits, and new jobsite setup.

Responsibilities include managing OCIP/CCIP enrollment, reporting, renewals, COIs, and coordinating with brokers and project teams. Requires 2+ years in insurance administration and strong organization.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of insurance administration, risk management, construction administration, staffing operations, or related experience.
  • OCIP and/or CCIP administration experience preferred.
  • Experience with COIs and commercial insurance documentation.
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and General Liability.
  • Experience working with payroll, workforce, or exposure data.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Construction, staffing, skilled trades, or industrial experience is preferred.

  • Assist with annual policy renewals and insurance audits.
  • Coordinate insurance setup for new customers, projects, and jobsites.
  • Partner with Payroll, Accounting, Operations, Safety, and Legal teams.

This position will manage wrap-up insurance requirements from project enrollment through closeout while supporting COIs, policy renewals, insurance audits, and new customer and jobsite setup.
