Qualifications

• Active insurance license in your state or willingness to obtain one within 90 days.
• Strong communicators and problem solvers with excellent follow-up skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Associates or Bachelor's degree required, or commensurate insurance industry experience.

• Meet regularly with agents to understand insurance products, rates and policy updates.
• Assist with renewals by providing competitive quotes.
• Gather documentation for claims and coordinate with adjusters.
• Provide clear answers to clients on coverage or billing questions and updates.
