Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred.

• Able to relate to customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including product availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, and billing clarifications.
• Promote long-lasting customer relations and drive customer satisfaction.
