Role Description

As an Account Representative for Troy Coulter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
