Job summary

Tom Hollandsworth - State Farm Agent in Spanaway, WA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented Insurance Account Representative to build relationships and promote auto, home and life insurance products within the community.

You will work with the agent to develop leads, educate customers on options, meet marketing goals and advance within the agency. Compensation includes salary plus commission/bonus, group life insurance, profit sharing, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• People-oriented, self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).

Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Spanaway, WA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Tom Hollandsworth - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm InsuranceCompanies. Compensation: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
