I’ve been with State Farm since 2006 and opened our first office in Clackamas, OR in April 2011. Since then, we’ve grown into a strong team of eight full‑time team members who take pride in delivering exceptional service and supporting one another every day.

As an Insurance Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member for Ryan Paulson, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
This position focuses on prospecting new customers to our agency through call, text, and email. Quoting new customers and multi‑lining them to additional services we offer that fit their needs. Team members are empowered to become confident lead generators and trusted resources for our customers.
Compensation: $50,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
