Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Must be licensed in or have the ability to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) , Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses and FINRA Series 65 and 6.
• A clean driving history for the past 5 years.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Compensation

• Trainee/Unlicensed Team Member $15 per hour, 37.5 hours per week (must obtain P&C license within 30 days, L&H license within 60 days and FINRA designation within 180 days).
• Property & Casualty Licensed $16 per hour, 37.5 hours per week, plus bonuses.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licensed $20 per hour, 40 hours per week, plus bonuses.
• Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Series 65/6 Licensed $30 per hour, 40 hours per week, plus bonuses.
