Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Property and Casualty License/Personal License required
• State Farm Experience Preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening) with a strong phone presence
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday
• Detailed Background Check required
• Identify customer needs using a customer-focused, needs-based review process
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market and sell appropriate products and services
