The Bermudez Agency in Houston is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations for a growing State Farm agency. You will help grow the agency by developing leads, building strong customer relationships, and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant products and services, maintain high service standards, and pursue opportunities for advancement within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (inside/outside) or similar roles.
• Experience managing customer relationships is preferred.
• Interest in marketing products based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and respond proactively.
• Licensure: Property & Casualty license required.
